Why can't I download a free shipping label?

The program may have changed

Sometimes our program requirements change, including the type of collectors or organisation accepted into the program. If the download label button has been removed, these changes may have impacted you. Program updates are communicated through email from TerraCycle.

You've been removed from the program

Collectors need to remain active by sending rubbish to TerraCycle every six months. If you haven't sent any rubbish within this time period, you have likely been removed from the program to create space for others to sign up.
