When will my order arrive?

Your order should arrive within 7 to 10 business days and deliveries are carried out by Australia Post. After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. 

All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave by default for added convenience. If you’re not home and there isn’t a secure place to leave your parcel, our drivers will either leave it in a safe spot or take it to a nearby collection point.
