There's a number of reasons as to why you are not receiving the label download email.
- There's a slight delay in generating the email - should this be the case you can also access your shipping label through your TerraCycle account. While signed in click on the icon in the top right corner of the screen and choose "Profile" from the drop down menu, then click on the "My shipments" tab, select the correct label and then click download.
- Your account details are incorrect - to check your account details, sign in to your TerraCycle account and click on the icon in the top right corner, then choose "Profile" from the drop down menu. You can find the "Basic information" section under the "Account information" tab on the left of the Profile page. Select "Edit your profile" and double-check that your details are filled in to the corresponding fields correctly, especially City and Post Code. If they are not, you will need to amend your details and save the changes, then request a new label.
