How do I access shipping labels and send my recycling?

It's great to hear that you have a box ready to send in for recycling!

You can download a free shipping label from your TerraCycle account. Please download a separate label with a unique tracking number for each box you send.

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Click on the icon at the top right side of the page next to the trolley and choose PROFILE from the drop down menu.
3. Under the MY PROGRAMS tab you will see the free recycling programs you have signed up for. Click on GET SHIPPING LABEL (or VIEW SHIPPING LABELS then GET SHIPPING LABEL) and follow the prompts.
4. Your pre-paid shipping label will be sent directly to your email inbox. Here you will have the option to either print and affix it to the sealed box of recycling you have collected, and drop the box off at your nearest Australia Post Office, OR simply download it and show it to Australia Post who will print the label for you. If you have any trouble accessing the shipping label via your email you can also access it via your profile by clicking on the MY SHIPMENTS tab.

Make sure you check the program page to see if there is a recommended minimum shipment weight or any special instructions specific to that program!
