How do I access shipping labels and send my rubbish?

1. Log in to your TerraCycle account and click “Profile” (this is under the person-shape icon)
2. Select “Account Information” > “My programs"
3. Find the program you need to ship rubbish for and select 'request shipping label(s)'

The label is sent to your registered email for you to download and print. Then you can:

1. Attach the label to your box, no larger than 105cms, or bigger than 0.025 cubic metres overall, and should not be heavier than 20kgs.
2. Drop the box at your nearest Post Office

If you’re unable to print your label, download it to your phone and present it at your local Australia Post Office, and they can print it for you.
