How do I return my Zero Waste Box or Bag when it’s full?

When your Zero Waste Box or Bag is full, seal it and send it back to us using the attached prepaid shipping label. In major metropolitan areas, you can sign up for a free MyPost Business account and arrange a collection of one or multiple boxes.

Please note: the maximum shipment weight we can accept is 20kg.
